Is this a meal plan or a workout program?
Neither, on purpose. Meal plans and 12-week programs assume you already have the consistency habit — that assumption is why they keep failing you. This is the layer underneath: the mindset, the food swaps, the 3-day training structure, and the exact first seven days that build the habit those programs require.
I've bought fitness guides before and never finished them. Why is this different?
